Trouble sending pictures

I'm having trouble sending a picture. I get an email stating delivery failure. I've tried a couple email addresses. Still can't get through. Any suggestions? Thanks

if you are "replying  "  to an alert  from cigar box nation   in your  regular  email  by  hitting "reply"  , it will  not  go  through  ..  you  must  log on to  cbn  and  answer in your  mail   here  . 

 if that is the case you are dealing with .
