    I have a Bob Harrison pickup & I would like to know how to wire it with a volume and a tone pot

The wiring diagram from Ted Crocker's site is one I use.  Speaking of Bob Harrison pickups, I purchased a pickup from his website back on August 25 and haven't received it yet.  I've sent several emails just to see if he even received the order, but have gotten no reply from Bob.  Does anyone out there have any information.....a new email address or a better way to contact Bob?  I'm completed sold on the quality of Bob's pickups and have the new resonator build that won't be complete without one.
