Cool, I think my way sounds a bit easier as well :-P
The soundboard is 3.2mm thick, but substantially braced with 6.5mm square spruce strips, which were then carved round with chisels. Less bracing would have meant a louder guitar but I was more concerned with sustain for this build.

Thanks Richey, just checked out the blog post I think it gives a better aesthetic than the way I've been doing it which is to dry set the bone into a groove. What thickness is the soundboard?

Cheers Boogie. I spotted a similar bridge on the photo you posted yesterday. I just use superglue to attach the bone, then shape the bridge all as one piece. You obviously have the technique already but here's a blog post I wrote on how I make my bridges.
