Home made drill press

Hey yall !
I gota question.
Does anybody remember those old black and deker drill press stands that you put a hand drill in and used it as a drill press ?
If yall do, does anybody know how you could make one at home u know a diy type plan.

I will take a picture of my B&D stand tomorrow and you might get some ideas from it.
I would have thought it was cheaper to buy a second hand one, mine only cost me £5GBP, probably 7 or 8 of your US dollars.

My Dad has a couple with the old industrial B&D drills to go with them. B&D used to be top of the line! They are very accurate and make high pitch scream the likes of Hell has never heard... I'm pretty sure he won't give them up though.
