Bridge pens

I want to make a guitar with end pins to hold the strings. The problem is I haven't been able to figure how they work. How do you attach the guitar string? I want to turn some trying corian.

Doing one at the mo which is a bridge from a yamaha acoustic but applied to a toolbox as a body, so I came up with the idea of backing the bridge with an aluminum cast string threader for a strat bridge. I aligned them today, and it seems they sit pretty perfectly. Will get it finished at the weekend, and let you know how it turns out.....
