Totally pissed of that I cannot get there. I have just manaed to finish scraping together the cost of a ticket this morning, but cannot imagine there is anyway I'm going to be able to travel the 100 miles to get there - and how would I get a ticket now, anyway ? Had to sell some stuff on e-bay and just got paid this morning. SUch a shame there was no concession on the ticket price for those 'stuck between jobs'. :-( Any chance of a web-cast of the event ?

I've just read Smojo's rant. Dead right! He's managed to book rooms for us both (thanks Smojo) elsewhere... here's a link to a review:

Looking forward to it tomorrow but am truly pissed off with The Middleton Hall Hotel. Myself and Mark C booked rooms months ago and they rang us tonight to say they have overbooked and can't accomodate us. We have found other digs but cost about a tenner more and will require a taxi there and back. So let it be said THE MIDDLETON HALL HOTEL IS SHIT. Sorry to blast off here but I am steaming. Totally unprofessional of them - don't they have a diary? Anyway see you tomorrow guys, just polishing my guitars.
