I got a single input looper to. I went to music go profundity to get a board to plug in more guitars and one mic xlr plug. The small unit is about 60$. I will get that unit. No effects or wah peddle added. My amp has that stuff.

 That's a 3 input, one output passive mixer. He has a vol. pot attached to two of the inputs.

I think I'll just combine this into the bass cab I'm making. Then I can have a stompbox plugged in too.

 The amp has a 1/8 input and I was planning on using a 1/8-1/4 adapter internally so I'd only see the 1/4" outside.

 But now I think I can wire an old earbuds 1/8" adapter and wire in place of the 1/4" out, keeping that all internal to the amp.

 So the amp will give me a master volume, then I can set up a couple sub-volumes in the mixer panel for the stomp/whatevs. I'll have 3 output jacks on the outside of my cab with a couple volume controls.

  I suppose this could also be a good place to put tone controls in.

I bought a little 4-channel mixer off evilbay . It is made by NADY Audio . Each channel has a volume control plus there is a master volume too . It does need a power supply . This thing works awesome . I'm running a harmonica mic through reverb , delay , and bypass pedals to one 1/4" input . That allows 3 channels for a vocal mic , my cigar box stomp drum , and hopefully a CBG rig when I get finished . It does everything I need and was inexpensive .

Sounds like what I need for my looper so I can have a pile of instruments around to add a variety to a piece. Thanks for your recommendation.
