ok trees id think you  would be good to go on the rod piezo  as long as the bone saddle is putign direct pressure on it from the strings you should have great sound, and still be able to use the strings you like . i only say this cause i seen some plastic string classicals with the rod piezo,  now here again the monkey wrench    6 strings more pressure   ?   what to do .......what to do  hey big daddy you gonna show us a pic of that ebony or what ?

yup there it is the flatbed pick up bridge combo Ted says they can be used for ukes .  good price to for some Ted crocker goodness
