At leat you won the "bigger" battles, RTZ. Well done, ma man. And yes, ah will go on enjoyin ma wee drink. But at risk of letting ma image slip (LOL), got to admit that ah can't drink as much as when young. A few whiskies at weekend,  (or a few wines even!), and ah'm happy. Tho at Xmas time and New Year, I am afraid ahthat I  DO honour ma Glaswegian traditions FULLY!  (ie I have to be picke dup form the floor, often as not). But allaowabale at festive period, ah guess.

cigarretes i will have once in a while Jamie but pills and booze are gone for good with me too many close calls with the Reaper some pain you just have to live with. But i still support anyone who wants to drink or not. Party on

Thanks for the Health Warning, Mr RTZ.  I gave up fags many years ago, ("cigarretes" to ma USA cousins; don't want misunderstandings! lol);gave up cigars a few years ago. And finally managed to come off the nicotine substitutes, (gum and lozenges), as ah got addicted to THEM, and that is NOT a joke!)

Now , after seeing your pic, the thought of giving up booze came into ma  mind. Luckily, just for a nano second. The thought soon went OUT again,aided by my size 7's. I'm a "wee guy", btw.
