Toilet Seat Tri - Can test

Toilet Seat Tri-Can Test
Made the Tri-can resoantor device in about 1/2 an hour... bolted and old neck to an old toilet seat that I thought might come in handy one day..and it did.
These should work inside a cigar box..
watch your fingers!
