Thank you for the inspiration!
I stumbled across this video a few weeks ago while while looking at strumstik stuff for a friend.
I just finished numbers 4, 5, and 6.
Now if I could only play it like you do.
Thanks again

hiya

just use the StewMac fret calculator..

http://www.stewmac.com/FretCalculator

I use a 22 1/2 inch scale (570mm), and put on 023 (w), 014 and 010 strings

Enjoy and have fun

Amazing little instrument, John,  i would like to relieve your busy workload and construct one myself...though could i bother you for the neck fret measurements..?   :-D

Wow, that sounds beautiful. I had no idea a strumstick is so fun and versatile.

"I'm no player" you didn't actually say that did you? ha ha ha!!! yeah, right!

watching this vid perfectly demonstrates why you are a major part of the cbg movement here in the uk-consumate player, teacher, builder and promoter-can anyone else in England claim all four? I think not.
I rest my case m'lud.

Great little dulcimer. I'm building my 3rd dulcimer. I find they are relaxing to play- addictive too!
