Oh yeah, had the album with that one on it--Beggar's Banquet. I wore it out listening to it.  It also had Parachute Woman on it.

Its a Jagger and Richards comp; played verry virtuoso by Johnny Winter, i put it in a cowboy setting to get a diferend feel to the song! Greeettssszzz.
