Yeah, Squiffy was good.  Nearly went in the bin a few times but was really great fun to play when it was finished.

Thanks Jason and Steve. I just tuned it up by a couple of semitones (I think). It's a short scale with light strings so the string tension on GDg is quite low. Tuning it up a bit has made it better :-)

Huh.  If you were southern US, I might call you Bubba.   You kind of look and seem like a good ol' boy and a Bubba.
