nope- stormtroopers are just funny - (note-look at the walls of any 7 Hills Stomp vid filmed in Elemental Studios, Buckra is not wrong)

- bestillroy's more like a Jedi Master spittin wisdom-"Get some apple juice".  Good advice.

"I wear headphones when I drive"- new 7 Hills Stomp song kinda a spoof on "I wear my sunglasses at night"

You saw me gettin away in my "Puerto Rican" work truck. I had the headphones tucked in my tool bag.  Good thing I had a chain on the door or I might have fallen out during my quick get away!!

I can see how the camera mic audio has that old 78 sound when recording acoustic with no amplification.  Anything louder is a noisy mess.  I have footage from the past couple of cbg fests as well as my daughters dance recitals and the audio is horrible.  I like lofi, but I would rather it be lofi coming from the instrument, mic or amplification source and high end on the recording side to pic that up as my ear hears it.

I am sure i could by a nicer camera and have better audio, but because of a limited budget i try to do things with the best bang for my buck.  The camera was $80 on sale at Radio Shack, and the Tascam $100 on sale at Guitar Center.

The clarity of the guitars tone REALLY shines through with the Tascam. Nicely played and sung, as always!

Nice one....but I'm gonna be the lone wolf here....I kinda like the camera's audio also. I guess, with the right video, you can sound like an old dusty 78rpm from years gone by, Perfect for this type of music.

That sounds great and useful info about the Tascam DR-07 too. Also looking forward to finding out the answer to James' question.
