When unused to visit the Houses of Parliament
(Bugs get everywhere) with no tax they used to be
30p to the mp's back in the 80's
Beer in the lords bar was similar for a pint.
But they record your telephone conversation so I
may have got my mate the sack.
Big oops!
But it was fun visiting for a cheap 3
Course lunch with no tax.
The MP's know how to keep their cost down!
I only smoke when I'm on fire !

I started smoking when I was 14 and quit in 1986 when I was 40. Still get the urge now and then but I supplement my air with nitromethane fumes now and then to help keep it at bay. :)>

When I got out of the Army in 1969 I could buy a carton of cigarettes for $1.70 and last week I saw a sign at a local stop-n-rob advertising a carton for $43.75 so I'm guessing that the habit is a bit more expensive now.

Great music but those folks were mad.  Going to spark up ?  Why not stick your head in a big paper bag - what could possibly go wrong ?
