Played on my trusty Appalachian Mountain Banjo. this instrument is 999% made from recycled materials... the only new thing is the strings.

I like the camera angle better on this video, can see your mountain banjo better. Fretless with friction pegs. Quite "retro". Nice playing. I likes old timey mountain music too. You did a good job playing that tune.

My hometown is the epicenter of old time music. The Round Peak style was developed here. The Mount Airy (North Carolina) Old Time Fiddlers Convention attracts players from around the world. In fact, the BBC was here in 2009 and recorded the festival for radio broadcast. You would fit right in. I love this style of banjo playing.
