Looking forward to seeing you. I'm about 5'5" with a balding head and a long fumanchu style moustache. My wife has lots of salt and pepper coloured hair. I think I will be able to spot you.

Hi Bob....Richard and I were thinking about getting together tomorrow to talk guitars and maybe share a few cold ones, I'd like to see you come along, are you up for it?

Hi Bob....I'd love to see your builds up close and hear them. I need to learn a lot about playing CBG or any guitar, I know diddly squat about playing. I've squeezed out a few licks just goofing around with my creation and it is teaching me more as I play it. Any help from you guys would be a blessing I'm sure. I'm off work till June 1st recovering from surgery so I've got some free time.

Hi Bob: Welcome to CBNation. I like your CBs! Yes, I'm and Ol' Skool striper who can do the modern Kafka stuff but prefer throwing down 'Roth style' lines. It's been my favorite avocation for more than fifty years (until now that the CB craze has infected my mind). Back in the 60s, I did a lot of northwest rods and customs (US and western Canada), but then my career took me to SoCal and around, where I've had a ball meeting and working around the striper greats. There are many options when it comes to striping materials and products, and I've found that what fits one person's style doesn't necessarily fit another's. I can help you through some of the challenges, by making recommendations, but you will need to experiment a little to decide your likes and dislikes. If you will email me at jandrallred@msn.com, I will gladly share stuff with you. Jess

Welcome aboard, Bob! You will find lots of helpful folks and information here on all things CBG (CBU, CBB, etc.) Feel free to poke around, ask questions, and post your stuff (photos, recordings, videos, etc.).

Most of all, have fun!

Tres.
