Thnx 4the comment(I'm a Iil' late) on the Minty.
I believe the magic happens with the 2 smaller capacitors on the input/output
of the circuit, they're additional filters that take out the sucky noise.the Smokey has only 2 Capacitors in it that filter DC rather than tone, Minty is pretty much a modded version of the Smokey. Nice page!
Thanks for the comment on the build. It is a wooden cigar box. I forget the brand. I sanded off all the paint and stickers and threw on some camo spray paint.
Thanks Bro, and a 2 month later Happy new Years to you and yours.
Was in Macomb over the week end, and Di and I realized we aren't seeing JPUSA folks at the Walmat like we use to. Sure miss you all!

Hey Glen, yup I do fretted anything. This is what I do full time so I build a huge variety. Getting ready to post a pile of recent work.Saw you recently on a cornerstone vid( my hometown). Great to meet you. Send me an email sometime tonytcbg@gmail.com
Thanks for the friend request! I don't know if you remember me, but I learned how to build these at your workshop at Cornerstone 2012. Then you gave me some playing tips at your concert in Macomb in October 2012. You were right, building these is addictive. I stopped counting at 40 guitars Merry Christmas, Glenn!
Hey Brother, Several years ago on a blog that is no more... you had a FAQ section and answered a question about starting a career in music. I think I remember the title being something like..."So, you wanna be a rockstar". You answered that it's the walk with Christ that's important and without it the business will eat them alive. Could you send that to me.
I had it in a document on a now dead hard drive and I have a friend I would like to share it with. Thanks!

Thanks so much, Glenn! It's a struggle right now, so we doubly appreciate your kind words. You know from your time with R. what work needs to be done out here! Anyway, as you can see, we've been having a blast with your instruction. The Hollands were with us this month, and their kids built CBGs, alongside our students! Will put up kid pics soon.
Glenn - loved the radio station clip on youtube. I"m inspired. Gonna build one of those. I actually have cigar boxes in stock - old habits. :-) I'm curious - the guitar you played on the clip - one piezo - two? Disks - or reeds? I've been looking at plans - but haven't seen any with the neck on the top all the way down like yours. That's sweet. Thanks for sharing your music and passion.
Hi Glenn, wonderful work on "Cardboard Box." And how generous of you to donate the majority of proceeds to a very worhty cause. You must be very proud of your daughter Amy, she really shines in the lead vocals she does on the CD. I pray it will do well and the Lord's hand be upon you and all you do.
You made my day with your comment on my Blind Willie song. I don't have a website but thanks for asking. I play both bluegrass and blues. LOVE to play 3 string blues!

Hey Glenn Just heard you on WJTL. Thanks for coming to the fest on Saturday hope to see you there!
By the way Fred Mcnaughton the station manager plays a mean uke.
We also hooked him up with an amped up baritone Cigar box uke.
I also sent you a friend request don't know how that goes through?
I got a video on my page from a contest WJTL was having at the Sertoma Chicken bbq last year.
Hope you get a chance to check it out.
Thanks for your straight up testimony on the air and your love for the blues and most of all
King Jesus!!!!!
Blessings
