this is how i did it - where i'm writing this message from now (leave a comment for Mark vickroid) theres a toolbar which has Bold ,italic,underline ect on the end of this toolbar is a light gray icon for upload a file - use this to upload any music you want
not the quickest method but it works

BTW great music you produce - music with attitude - right on my man !!
