Great stuff! Looks awesome mate :o) Sounds pretty damn good too - did you add soundholes? Im also intrigued.... did you manage to get the bridge in exactly the same place? I wonder if your 'duff notes' maybe wernt duff at all, maybe the intonation is just out a bit?? Anyway, top notch job on the build and the playing and the singing 11/10 :o)

Hello,
I have started a CBN group entitled, "How to Play CBG" It is my hope and intention to encourage the "Wealth of Talent" here on the Nation to share their knowledge and skill to further the CBG movement. Please consider contributing an instructional "video" link to this group. If you are a viewer seeking instruction, please feel free to write. If you have any suggestions or know other players who you think may want to post instructional "video" links, please contact me. Thank you for your interest and support, Keni Lee

haaaaaaaaaaaa what good is a barbie lunch box if you cant play a tune on it and keep yer lunch in it.i say its a good idea. make a one stringer with it cause they are the foundation of 2,3,4,and 5 stringers. my d-bow one stringer is growing fast.those are easy to build.i built two the other night and today i,m building three more.i will put up pics today of the three i,m building as we speak. i got the neck established in one right now,and fixing to drill the holes in the neck fer the second one,but had to come online to leave feedback fer some mini-toggle switches i just got in the mail from e-bay. thanks fer your contact, and if there is any way i can help you to do anything with this cbg endeavor dont hesitate to drop me a note with questions and such. later man take care and have a great day.

For anybody interested. I just got a really cheap piezo from this guy:

http://shop.ebay.co.uk/piezo%20pickup?_from=R40&_trksid=m38&_nkw=piezo+pickup&_naf=1

£4.99 post free leads jack the lot all you gotta do is glue and drill. I just tried it in a stomp box worked well and out of interest bluetacked to my CBG and iwas suprised how well it sounded a little on the bassy side but i like that . So if anyone is looking for cheap piezo's he is worth a look

Thanks for your comments man - I do what I can! The headstock was a learning curve for me too mate. I tried the 'thin one end off on the circular saw' method with limited results, so now I angle them - its one cut with the saw, and to be honest the way I do it it doesnt even need the offcut glueing on the underside - though I do for asthetics. Anything you need a hand with, just ask!
