Hi Steve, Thanks for the info about your 'back to front' tuner arrangement, and also about the G-Dec website. Both useful!

Cheers,
Mark

Hi Steve, yes G-Dec is good fun. Not my own setting, I must admit. It's the good old 'Rockin G-Dec'. In the vid, you can hear the background howl off the piezo pickup, but I just played over it. I sometimes use a preamp booster pedal to control (with varying degrees of success) the howl which always seems to accompany to more extreme settings.

I've been looking at your stuff, nice work! I'm just going to comment on one of your old photos in a minute, it's got me intriuged. See you. Mark

Steve glad you found those piezo's (it a great deal ) You may even be able to use the magnets for pickups too -Don't know if they would work or not?? Love that Diddley bow you made ...You have some great looking stuff .... would like to hear a sample .... How hard is it to build those pickups ,would like to try some, just don't know where to start...

Steve, thanks for the positive feedback. I see from the photos you have posted you have not tried a dulcimer style instrument yet. This was my first and it is surprisingly fun and easy to improvise on; I am really getting a kick out of playing it. Have fun. Doug

Steve - thanks for the comment! The starburst was actually a bit of an accident afterthought, but that's often when some of the most fun stuff happens I think. Keep looking, I hope to have some more stuff up this evening.
