Strumma cbg

I have a strumma short scale solid body Tele shaped 3 string guitar .I wish to change for longer neck4screrews in back guitar stock.can I use 3string cbg neck and cut shorter .cheers kenny

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean, but you cant just cut an existing neck shorter or make longer, as when you fit it you will have to move the bridge by the same amount, due to the frets being positioned for that scale length. You can shorten or lengthen the neck if you also refret it to suit the new scale length. But I have probably misread your post.
