How did you learn about Cigar Box Nation?
No really sure, just surfing and getting to know the cigar box world.
How many instruments have you built so far?
54 a combination of CBG and Canjo's
What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).
The combination of the the love of wood and building custom items with a passion for music. I spent nearly 50 years without playing a guitar now I can not go anywhere with out one, building an instrument is a great way to spend a afternoon. Playing the blues and sanding a head stock are both ways to relax during a stress time. I have learned a lot and enjoy getting to know the world of Cigar Box guitar via YouTube, many interesting players/builders in which many are excellent pickers and singers.
