An amp or a parts box.   I have small cigar boxes for tuner parts, piezos/jacks/wires, sound holes and grommets, harps, picks and tuners.

you only need to hang the brige off the arse of it. 25 inch scale req 6 ins length from bridge to neck start. id give it a couple inches. and shoehorn the neck on the front of the box. ive made 5'' boxes work, kinda tricky. and you may need a metal l brace but the outcomes pretty cool.

That's what I was thinking.  I"m also wondering whether it would be incest to use a cigar box to store small guitar box parts, like nuts, piezos, tuners, inlays?
