THE "DESERT TREASURE" Cigar Box Ukulele...
Just finished this, today... The first cigar box ukulele I've made since I became ill 2 years ago. It's the "Desert Treasure" ukulele, a custom, one-of-a-kind design for my dear friend Fran Zafuto. This uke is dedicated to Fran's Dad, who is a longtime Las Vegas desert treasure hunter. It's decorated with an actual collection of disintegrated currency he discovered on one of his hunts. Maybe from a casino heist or D.B. Cooper... who knows? Makes one hell-of-a cigar box uke, though! VALUE: Priceless!
