Patrick, quite a few times Linda and I bicycled from Pisgah to Little Sioux and down to Modale.  Sometimes back the same way and up, up, up Murray Hill.

Thanks Rob!

Thanks John! I spent a LOT of time at Blue Lake as a teen, our neighbors had a cabin on the east side. Also duck hunted the area south towards the Little Sioux River. When I commercial fished the Missouri years ago Decatur/Onawa was my northern most point to fish to. Never gambled much, my Dad always told me the best way to double a dollar was to fold it once and put it your pocket :-)

I ride my Harley up 75 and cross at Decatur over to Onawa and come back the Iowa side on K45 blacktop. Nice ride as it goes thru Little Sioux/Mondamin/Modale. I found this plate in Decatur at Jump's Flea Market :-)

Nice job, Pat.   Monona county.  That would be Onawa for the county seat.  A wide flat river bottom and the steep Loess Hills bluffs.   Purty country.   Just upriver a bit from you.   I used to ride dirt bikes near Castana and camp at Blue Lake.  And lose blackjack money to our red brothers at the casino.

Thanks Michael! I used the green stain on the box, first time I had used it on a git body and I was hoping it would look OK.  :-)
