This was my grandfather's ukulele. I believe the story was that he bought it while he was in the Navy. I never had the pleasure of meeting the man, or haven't yet, at any rate. I hope to see him in Heaven. Maybe we'll have a jam session up there. Anyway, it's not perfect, but I patched up the back, tightened the machines, glued on a bridge and put on some strings, so it's playable now.
