Screwtap McMurty, ma great maternal Grandad (he always was very "mothering"!).
Fought in the American Civil War on the side of the Quakers (he never ever claimed to be "brave", folks),
His heart was captured at age 24 by a good woman Quaker, who was happy to give him his "oats". This love of porridge took him to Scotland , where he founded the "Ming" Dynasty by taking off his socks.
He knew nothing about copyright, so the Chinese stole the idea.. Granda Screwtap died aged 73, while visiting a whsiky distillery. he fell into a vat of whisky and drowned, but not before he got out three times to go to the toilet! (aha, the OLD jokes are the best! lol) R.I.P, auld Screwtap, and save me a drink up (or DOWN) there.
Though ah''m hopin not to see ye for a while yet! ;)

Yes, Wes , all MacBluesers are "chubby cheekers" !

Our Chubby Cheeker  family song  goes: "We're pissed again, like we were last summer/ we're pisssed again, like we were last year" etc     ;)

Thanks, Unk. Yes, almost forgot that we a are  second cousins "twice removed" (they actually tried to remove me a THIRD time, but they could not catch me!

As far as the "3 times remanded" goes, at least some good came from it. What a lot of people don't know either is that you invented the "Unlce John Flip Soap technique" (i.e. the art of picking up soap without having to  "bend down").  Ah, happy days ;)

And a fine looking man he is.  Great family history, Jamie.   Not many folks know we are second cousins twice removed an three times remanded.
