Uncle John, yes, I know that prison mythology, but the true reason is a first song, spontaneousely played on this cigarbox (unpainted), was "Midnight Special" by Creedence Clearwater Revival.

David Bowes, yes, the next one is a license plate guitar, named "Louisiana Black". No race themed (Louisiana Red memorial, maybe?), only a Louisiana plate and a full black painting. :) Some days to go and it will be posted here.

Do you know the legend?   The legend had to do with a certain tough prison - that if the Midnight Special train went by and the headlight shined on a prisoner - he would soon be released.

First build?  A-flippin'-MAZING!!  With the pre-amp on board, I bet she screams like a three-legged coyote!
