Comment by Metaphormidable on December 23, 2010 at 4:34am: I don't know the answers to any of these questions- I just play it :). You'd have to ask John Lowe- he built it. I am fairly sure John makes his own pickups and " broom sticks" though. He's the absolute best for these kind of guitars- nothing else comes close as far as I'm concerned. Also- it's made with 2 jacks, one is the out for the neck with the bass string, and the other for the 3 string...
