This is some kinda old electical tester I bought cheap in a junk shop. One day it'll be reborn with some CMOS based oscillators to make a cool synth type instrument.

Yeah I figured it was something like that. I guess there was a battery inside originally. Some of the meters are still working so I hope to wire them into whatever it becomes for extra effect.

Thats an old volt/ohm/amp (multi) meter. The way those were built, it probably still works.
