Why the fancy brass escutcheon? Started as a 3 stringer, holes are drilled and the customer asked to convert it to a 4 stinger. How to hide the dowel plug where the 3 string hole is no longer? Went to a local supplier and tested various pieces of brass on the neck to see what covered best. Happy Customer!!!
