That's a great haul of boxes - I wish we could find that sort of thing in the UK !

I tend to agree with 'Bones' about boxes.  I only make a few instruments, put a lot of hours into building them and don't sell them for profit.  If I have to pay a bit for the box, that's OK.  It's a hobby, it's cheaper than playing golf and the end result looks nice.

Karma at its finest, there!  And you're spot on - - I'm afraid to do inventory on my boxes!  Found a great place and bought 5 to 15 every time I visited!  Great Score!

When I called the shop to see if they sold boxes, I was told one dollar a piece....but the girl working the counter was so happy we were grabbing 18 to turn them into guitars she was steadfast about not accepting payment.

So I bought 50 bucks in aromatic pipe tobacco blends to show my appreciation and support the shop.

Wow free is great I agree very lucky down here the cheapest boxes I’ve payed $5 for to $25 an up to $35 a box off eBay price you pay is only marginal to the enjoyment received by building and playing , just my 2 bits .

wow, good deal. I feel fortunate I pay 2.00 per box where I go. The problem I have is picking the boxes up is as addictive as making the guitars. I just picked up 13 boxes a few weekends ago and I had not been there in about a year, got home, took inventory and I have about 50 boxes.
