Banjo Build-off. Uses a 10" Remo frame drum with a walnut partial back I added to stiffen the rim and add weight. I made the mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard, as well as the ebony intermount to set the neck pitch. The neck is three pieces with rosewood spacers to stiffen it up, make it pretty, and make some scraps useful.
