It's cool as hell.  Like the f holes.  Figure the plate is a reproduction.  Got to ask structurally, shouldn't the saddle have been a few inches to the left?   I get the 1961 and Mississippi civil rights meaning.  

 

Please give me a history lesson on the rest.

I deliberatley did not mention what anything meant but there is a relevance to all the detail as you have pointed out. It shouldnt be too hard!
