Comment by Dano Schultz on July 21, 2016 at 2:34pm: Thanks, Unc! I busted 3 earlier tries using really thin wire. On this one I used a thicker wire and came out successful - 500 wraps on each side. Rick, you'll get 'er done. Keep us updated.

Comment by Dano Schultz on July 21, 2016 at 1:06am: Finally got a working flat pickup made from wall wart wire. 12 x 4 mm magnet, cookie tin center folded double, final size 1.25 x 1.5 inches. All coated in multiple this layers of polyurethane. Real purty & sounds real nice in my tabletop diddley bow. Thanks Rick Alexander for inspiration.
