My son (pictured in the background) helped with this build, and is now the proud owner.  Pretty good sound from the oversized can.  We had a ton of fun picking out some tunes!

Understood.  But with a 0.017" string, there's not much pressure!

I like the built in stand and the finished look and the strum cut out. I thkin I would want to glue up a 1/4 inch piece a little longer than the cut out to prevent bowing. But I tend to build heavy....
