Bolt On Neck Chugger CBG

Updated design to use metric screws/nuts. Simplified headstock attach and used locking Kluson tuners. Moved outline sound holes to bottom and added inserts so they can be seen. Modified bridge design to allow a slice of DS table on each side to keep the bridge from sliding.
