Yes Bob!, Bitdefender is rated very highly, and it did give me the option of allowing CBN to bypass their security, which I did, but it didn't seem work at the time, However!, my computer shut itself down last night, and have now just turned it back on, and guess what!, can now post pics!

I believe BitDefender is rated highly AGP.  I'm not that familiar with it.  At present, I don't know if there's any way you can set it to bypass the blocking and allow connection access, but I wouldn't  want you to compromise your PC protection.

Disregard my Comment about Posting a Pic about the adding a Pic to a Comment, just tried and now can't post any Pics anywhere!, the gist of the post would have been about the Security Certificates (or lack of !!!) concerning the CBN's use of the Ning Social Media Network Platform.

This is what my Bitdefender Internet Security has to say : Suspicious connection blocked 2 hours ago

Feature: Online Threat Prevention

chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to upload.ning.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since websites must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.
