Thanks, I agree about the scarf joints, mostly for looks. I mainly build on the tradional look but give the scarf as an option for buyers that pick the box.

Great looking boxes, necks and scarfed heads.  Admirable work.  Nice heels.  I wish I had a big, insulated workshop with those drawers.  I have come to the conclusion that scarf joints are unnecessary!   But I still admire the heck out of the well done ones.   Super nice, Fantacone.
