Comment by cam on July 9, 2009 at 2:52am: Yeah, the decking has grooves that run lengthways. I think it's called ribbed or grooved decking. A friend had a bunch of off-cuts lying around.

Comment by cam on July 8, 2009 at 4:52pm: The nut's cut from a length of hardwood decking and dropped into a slot in the neck. The action is way too high for my liking but I'll get around to sanding the bottom of the nut down.
