What time do you want us for dinner and beers?  Not a brewer here once other than once with a kit and sludgy results.   But my music friend and I sample beers often.   But our general fave is Dos Equis Amber.   Making pasta salad and boneless porkchops tonight.

I'm also a home chef, and have been a homebrewer for over a decades (if you good Revvy Homebrewing you'll see a ton of stuff about me in that hobby) and a beer geek. Even with 3 beers on tap, I usually have a few interesting bottle caps lying around. I cooked Jamaican the other day and picked up a sixer of redstripe. It seemed fitting to use to cover a drill hole on the wood.
