2 String Bass 1

This is a 2 string bass I made for a friend (need to make one for myself now). It has a 3 piece, bolt on, oak neck. Hand-wound pup with an Altoid Mint tin for the cover. It is built on a "Castro Bros" box that has the labels removed.

Comment by Ben on December 2, 2009 at 4:39am: I don't have any of the inside. But I can tell you what I did. There is a block glued to the inside of the box and the heel is a block glued to the underside of the neck. I did one screw from the inside into the top of the neck and then 2 screws through the heel into the box. It has held up great!
