Thank you . I'm currently hand plaining the neck square on my new build (cbg).
Most tools that I posses are hand tools so it's slow labour of love . The neck is made of an oak composite but it appears to be quite sound and hopefully not apt to bending.
Thanks pick. It took me three attempts to build. I used high strength magnets for the coils. Very Strong. However when I got done I measured 5.9K ohms, which apparently matches the old Telecaster pickups readings. Anyhow, it's got a nice clean, clear sound to it. I might have to make more....
Thanks Pick, Yes sir ee ,Know a little about witches, think it was my 3 or 4 song i did put up when i started on the Nation, just seen a hole bunch get together,(5 ) for a seance somewhere in a workshop by a river, they had some unfinisch Bissenis i Believe! Happy day,s Anonymoes for you and your Loved ones and a good New ! Greeeeettssszz A.D.
Pick, I'm attempting something you seem to do with ease and that's add lighting. Am I heading down the right road using LED's and a rechargeable 12v battery pack with on/off switch? This type of thing is all new to me, I can wire up pups, volume control, jacks etc but getting something to light up is way passed my level :) Cheers Carl
Cheers Pick the info is appreciated. What I'm trying to achieve is incorporating back engraved perspex but seein as you rule at strange that's all I'm sayin' ;-)
We've got $ stores Pick. Her who must be obeyed keeps the local one in business I think, I bought some sink strainers off eBay for $2.99 - she came back with better ones for $1.99 so I swapped them ;-)
Thanks for checkin' out my Merlin Pic. yes, it was made up in Quebec. I was thrilled with that. Nothing against the orient..some good stuff made there..just kinda nice to see a North American product!
