Hi Folks, This is the group to share everything about the three string guitar.
If you have had problems in the past playing regular guitar, try playing a three string guitar, they are much easier and the have a vintage sound that is super unique and easy to capture that old school blues sound.

Rooster, wind the string around the post of the tuner many many times...that should help it duck down and stay in the groove of the nut much better..try that, also use bone or corian, dont use wood or metal,( they will sound good, but are not as forgiving in the buzz area)

Hey Beetle, I have trouble at times trying to get my bridge and nut to get in sink with each other. I can't figure out how to get some of my builds to not twang like a sitar. I want o build some CBG's that I can fret as well as do slide. I've built a few now but always have a problem with the string hight. Like to be able to figure it out.. If you have any pointers I'd be obliged. Thanks.

thats neat that calculator,
popular for the neck sounds really nice and vibrates nice, but it bows quickly and in about 3 or 4 months is noticeably higher
