My first bash at a 4 stringer.

It`s a  Cedar box, laminated maple,beech and oak neck. A hand wound pickup on the neck and a bought 4 pole for the bridge.I`m replacing the shop bought as the hand wound sounds much sweeter.

 

Tuned standard DGBe and sounding great.

I'm usually a 3 string slinger but am trying another 4 string. Going with nylon and Dgbe tuning but plan also to drop to Dgbd for some slide work.

sealing..? i usually put in a couple of screws to hold the lid tight but never really thought about sealing, good work mr.P ! (-:
