I'll agree that there's a lack of courtesy with posting vids but it's easy enough to just skip over them.

The biggest problem with dealing with people on web sites is that without being able to hear the intonation in their voices and see the expressions on their faces, it is often easy to become offended by remarks that would have been laughed at if talking face to face. That said, the truth is we each decide for ourselves how we feel affected by comments we read without knowing how they were intended. I find that sometimes it helps to sit back with a cup of coffee, put some mellow music on the box and tune out for a while. If that doesn't work for you, rave on.
