I saw the extended version of the Jools Holland programme last night and Steve was on there playing a 4-string CBG and an odd looking banjo as well as the diddly bow. Sounded great.

Come on Laurie...... I know you still have that 12 string somewhere. I even remember trying it at your house about 15 yr ago ....a beast of a thing I recall. Lets see some pics, home made 12 strings a a rare commodity.

Just as a matter of interest, Seasick Steve was on the BBC breakfast show this morning, playing a cigar box guitar. A real rough old thing that he played through a small amplifier together with a stomp box. I'd love to be able to tell you that it's on the BBC i-player but I can't find it anywhere.
