Just an update for everyone regarding the UK Cigar Box documentary... nearing completion of the first edit - it will be reviewed/screened by 'experts' in the next couple of weeks, then more editing and if all goes to plan, it should be ready to submit to broadcasters. This first film is a documentary short, running around 5 minutes. Later I plan to make a longer in-depth version. Here is the marketing package. Hi Mark.
I loved the "having fun on ebay" link. It is often a good laugh to read some of the feedback people give - I recall someone paying £10 for a guitar then giving the seller negative feedback because it looked cheap and best of all time was a seller being given negative feedback because the guitar was not in tune straight out of the box.

I agree those prices are pushing credulity. I'm sure those are very nice CBGs but not that nice. Mind you, that kind of wildly optimistic valuation isn't unusual in the guitar sections of eBay - often going hand in hand with some over imaginative descriptions. Sometimes it seems like anything second hand is now to be described as "vintage".
