Hi people, another southpaw here, this one's from the Netherlands. Some of you may know me as "Olav" on LeftyGuitarTraderForum, or you might not have heard of that place at all... LOL

Anyhoo, been a lefty player for 20+ years, own several models and brands lefty guitars, not one righty in the bunch. Actually that's not true... My uke and balalaika are both ex righties (meaning the side dots are on the wrong (!) side of the neck. I've built a couple electric guitars, now I'm looking to do a CBG. I'll post a thread once I start building.

My adventure with DYI instruments started over 25 years ago, just BECAUSE I'm lefty. Almost every single guitar/bass guitar/upright I own/owned had to be "strung-over". Including stuff like cutting new bridges and nuts, "mirroring" the guitar bodies etc. So now I'm here, up to no right ;-)

Hey, us leftys are up to 11!!!!! I couldn't play right cause it just feels wrong.

I've run into the same problem for finger picks myself.
